Returns and Exchanges
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
- Since all our products are custom-made, we do not accept exchanges or returns unless the product has shipping damage or physical damage.
- If you receive a defective or damaged product, please share images at Support@flauntart.com, and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
- Exchanges will only be approved for the same product if it is defective or damaged during shipping.
- All returns will undergo a quality check by our team to confirm the reported issue. Returns will be approved or declined based on this assessment.
- We reserve the right to decline returns in the following cases:
- The product(s) are returned after use.
- The product(s) are damaged due to misuse or mishandling after delivery.
- Once a return or exchange is approved, the product must be shipped back by the customer, and the tracking ID must be sent to us at support@flauntart.com within the same email thread.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If a replacement cannot be provided, we will issue a store credit valid for 1 month from the date of issue.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND
- Cancellation and refunds are not possible for custom orders.
- In case of a valid return due to shipping damage or physical damage, the amount will be credited back to the customer.
