- Each product is custom-made to order. Please allow 3 business days for the production of your custom metal poster.
- Once your order is ready, it will be shipped, and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
2. Shipping Time:
- Shipping timelines vary depending on your location:
- Domestic Orders (Within India): Delivery typically takes 3-4 days after shipping.
- International Orders: Delivery typically takes 15 business days, depending on customs clearance in the destination country.
- Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen delays such as weather, courier issues, or customs processes.
3. Shipping Costs:
- Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the order.
- Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders will be the responsibility of the customer.
4. Packaging:
- Your custom metal poster will be securely packed to prevent any damage during transit.
5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments:
- If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at support@flauntart.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
- If your package arrives damaged, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images of the damaged product and packaging.
6. Shipping Address:
- Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. FlauntArt will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
7. Changes to Shipping Address:
- If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at support@flauntart.com before your order is shipped. Once the order is shipped, we will not be able to make changes.
8. Tracking Your Order:
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time.
9. Return to Sender:
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the package, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.
